He is survived by: his wife Pamela Stepney of Hertford, NC; his children, Donald Stepney Jr. (Lavanda) of Elizabeth City, NC, Starr Gordon (Travis) of Elizabeth City, NC, Titus Stepney (Kiara) and Keonya; his mother-in-law Shirley; his siblings, Ruby Gordon (Larry), Wonder Lewis (Jake), Brenda Valentine (Al), Elton Stepney (Hortense), Steven Stepney (LeeAnn), Milton Stepney (Tammy) and Larry Brickhouse (Fran); his siblings-in-law, Bernedette, Donna Smith (Corey) and Tyron Eason (Joycelyn); his godchildren, Aaron Wallace, Azzan Braxton, Khailah Bonner, Kendra Billups and Brea Wills; and his friends, Lionel Jones, Tyrone Spellman, Jerry Nixon and Alvester McClenney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
