C; his daughter Rachel Lisa Raye Bond of Boston, Massachusetts; and his siblings, Patricia Ann Dillard of Edenton, N. C., Dorothy Marie Dillard of Edenton, N. C., Jennifer Pagi Dillard of Suffolk, Virginia, Nancy Wilson of Elizabeth City, N. C., James Edward Dillard of Edenton, N. C, James Morris of Elizabeth City, N. C and Kelvin Holley of Edenton, N. C.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins other relatives and friends.
