He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack, Sr. Richards and Alberteen Long Richards; and his sisters, Betty Jo Maslow, JoAnn Bollinger and Connie Marie Latimer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Lutzio "Patti" Richards; and his children, Tina Frazier (Timothy), Brenda Parker and Jack Richards, III.
