She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellis Garrett Sr. and Leverta Bonner Garrett; her husband Melvin Jones; her children, Sharon Solomon (Robert Sr.) of Hampton, Virginia, Karen Hamiel (Curtis) of Brooklyn, Kevin Jones of Hertford and Steven Jones (Natisha) of Rochester; and her sisters, Ellen (D. Riddick), Audrey Garrett of Brooklyn and Lesteene Bethea (Hector) of Bronx. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
