He was predeceased by: his parents, Meador Elsworth and Thelma Pike Harrell; and his brother Maurice Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Nellie Ashley Harrell; his daughters, Sheila H. Onley (Aubrey) of Hertford and Donna H. Phelps (John) of Hertford; his grandchildren, Ashley Hudson (Jacob), Lesley Phelps (Liliana), Michael Phelps, Ryan Onley and Darin Onley (Jordyn); and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Lydia Hudson.
