He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Noah and Margaret Elizabeth Barber Mansfield; his wives, Emma Katherine Sydnor Mansfield and Viola Ella Kline Mansfield; his daughter Bonnie Jean Windsor; his stepchildren, Betty, Patricia, Beverly, Barbara, Joan, Dee Dee and Joe; and his siblings, Rachel Mulick, Irene Hurdle, Willie Mae Shannon and Odus Mansfield.
He is survived by: his daughter Billie Lynn Harley (Patrick); his son-in-law Neal Windsor; his stepsons, Charlie and Jimmy Clark; his brothers, C. T. and John Mansfield; and his granddaughters, Lisa Windsor Wolfrum (David), Dawn Harley Smith and Jennifer Harley Tharp (Brian).
