With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rhonda Sullivan Waters of Hertford, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 7, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Rhonda Sullivan may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Miller & Van Essendelft Chapel (1125 Harvey Point Rd, Hertford, NC 27944). Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
