He is survived by: his significant other Annie Roughton; his children, Robert Wayne Elliott, Jr. (Amber) and Wendy Whitley (Ryan); his grandchildren, Christian, Isabella, Avery and Hazel; and his siblings, Louise Copley, Katherine Lane, Ruth White, Carolyn White, Beverly Forbes, Sandra Amidon and Bobby Elliott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
