As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Hudson Taylor and Francis Allen Taylor; and his brother Allen Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Rae Outland Taylor; his daughter Patricia Bradley (George Michael); and his grandchildren, Georgia Bradley, Edward Bradley (Kayley Minton) and Parker Bradley (Emily Rhodes).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ahoskie Cemetery (1500 1st St E, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
