Moore, Sr. (Wendy) of Chesapeake, Virginia; her grandchildren, Tracey L. Moore of Norfolk, Kimberly Moore Cooper of Columbia, Maryland., Vincent K. Moore, Jr. (Kiana) of Dumfries, Virginia, Keith L. Moore (Kemi) of Dumfries, Virginia, Taylor K. Moore (Keyanah) of Hampton, Virginia and Nigel A. Cooper of Columbia, Maryland.; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden Glover, Aaliyah Moore and Londyn Moore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Graves Funeral Home (1631 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bank Street Memorial (7036 Chesapeake Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23513).
