He is survived by: his wife Fannie L. Mitchell; his daughters, Nancy Brinkley and Dalphine Brinkley; his grandchildren, Shevonna Brinkley, Arlanda Mitchell, Jr. and Jeremy Brinkley; his sisters, Annie Smith, Shelia Brinkley and Irene Downing; his brother-in-law Allen Mitchell (Shirley); and his son William "Will" Kee (Annette). He is also survived by other relatives, nieces, nephews, and friends.
