Alistair Evans Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alistair Evans of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on May 6, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander James Evans and Agnes Thompson Kellock Evans; and his brother-in-law William Fleuchar. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Anne Fleuchar; his wife Anne Walker Womack Evans; his children, Jeanne Evans Hamon (Chris Hamon) and Ian David Evans (Jami Evans); and his grandchildren, Alexander James Evans, Madeleine Walker Hamon, Ezra Lee Evans, Chloe Maeve Hamon and Lily Anne Evans.
