It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alistair Ralph Treadwell Long of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 11, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph Parker Jr. and Linda Hathcock Parker. He is survived by: his parents, Rodney Long II and Dr. Courtney Parker-Long; his brothers, Gavin, Harrison and Graham Long; his half-sister Taylor Norton of Greeneville, TN; and his grandparents, Rodney Long Sr. and Christine Brown. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Alistair's honor, to the Catawba County.
