He is survived by: his parents, John Blake and Marilyn Urtel Blake of Taylorsville, NC; his son Landen Blake of Hickory; his brother Sean Blake (Megan); his sibling's children, Raeanne and Addison of Panama City, FL; his grandmothers, Sharon Blake of St. Clair Shores, MI and Phyllis Urtel of Charlotte, NC.; his cousins, Karen Belrose (Mark) of Whitehall, MI., Michael Belrose (Hanna), Kaitlin Belrose, Ross Urtel, Claire Urtel, James Setzer, Derrick Setzer, Charles Urtel, Melanie Stroud (Jennings), Ashley Monteith, Taylor Brown Lindsay Ruehl (Joshua), Arden Ruehl, Michelle McCleary (Tim) and Ryan Smith; his grandparents, Melvin, Virginia Urtel, Gordon Blake and Mary Adelaide McIntyre; and his uncle Ken Urtel. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles.
