She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Payne and Janice Proctor Payne; her uncle Joey Proctor; her aunt Phyllis Greene; and her grandmother Levertis White.
She is survived by: her sons, Justin Seay and Joshua Seay; her brothers, Darryl Payne, Kerry Payne, Chipper Payne, Ezekiel Payne and Jerry Payne; her grandchildren, Charles and Cassie; and her cousins, Brenlynn (Isabella), Cole (Luke), Scottie Payne and Mandie Payne.
