She was predeceased by: her husband William H. "Bill" Woratchek; her children, Russell "Chet" Woratchek and Debra Polk Cloherty (late Ron); her parents, Nicholas Eisel and Anna Eisel; and her brothers, Robert, Thomas, Earl, Raymond, Russell and Buddy.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Woratchek (Debbie Ellis) of Hickory, Sharon "Sherry" Michael of Mt. Washington and Patricia "Patti" Flora of Beechview; her grandsons, Jonathan Michael of Green Tree, Chad Flora (Sarah) of Mt. Washington, James Cloherty of Mt. Washington and Jesse Cloherty of Carrick; her sister Judy Kuzora; and her niece Tammy Kuzora.
