She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Banks; and her brothers, Hoover Banks, Fred Banks, John Frank Banks, Clemons Bank, Edward Banks and James Banks.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Ellis of Hickory; and her siblings, Mary Phelps of Lincolnton, Theresa Whitman (Greg) of Hickory and Sammy Banks of Detroit. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
