He is survived by: his mother Nancy McCormick (Pete Medley); his wife Amy Lackey McCormick; his stepdaughter Heather Cline; his grandson Holden Starnes; his siblings, James McCormick (Ruem), Aaron McCormick (Darlene) and Brenda Goode (Michael Wehrle); his aunts, Opal and Pearlie; his mother-in-law Shelba Lackey; his brother-in-law Tim Lackey (Sherrie); and his pets, Noel and Gizzy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
