He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Sanders and Audrey Clouse Sanders; his wife Ailene Cook Sanders; his children, Judith Hill and William Whalen; and his granddaughter Camille Whalen.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, James Hill and Jan Stevens Hunn; his grandchildren, Greg Studebaker (Amy), Todd Studebaker (Tammy), Tracy Walsh (Kevin), Holly Whalen (Cynthia Mandujano), Vicki O'Donnell Dickey (Mike Via) and Lisa Whalen; his great grandchildren, Kristina Hill (John), Ariel Brown, Parrish Studebaker, Thomas Walsh, Ryan Walsh, Kacy Walsh, Scott Whalen (Audrey), Stephanie Whalen Siders, Reagan O'Donnell Meetze, Samantha O'Donnell Stevens and Curtis Harris; and his great great grandchildren, Hannah Hill, JJ Hill, Molly Hill, Connor Whalen, Elaina Whalen, Aaliyah Siders, Ainsley Stevens, Elizabeth Stevens, Rowyan Stevens, Taylor Meetze, Will Meetze, Jr. and Ben Meetze.
