Barbara Ann (Bumgarner) Johnson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 6, 2023, at the age of 79, Barbara Ann (Bumgarner) Johnson of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Babe" Bumgarner and Winnie Killian Bumgarner; and her brothers, Allen Bumgarner (Ruth) and Rayeford Bumgarner (Lynne). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Johnson; her daughter Angela Merrill (Charles) of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Joshua Merrill (Laney Rowe) of Charlotte and Rachel Merrill of Boone. She is also survived by her family and friends.
