She is survived by: her husband Ray Edward Smith; her daughters, Yvette Smith and Noelle Heaslet (Pete); her grandchildren, Lilly Heaslet, Corinne Heaslet and Max Heaslet; her sisters, Christine McCall and Doris Dobish; and her daughter Ruth Cook. She is also survived by family members and friends, including her best friend of over 80 years, and godmother.
