It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Lynn Welch of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Arthur and Margaret Pearl Summers Bogert; her son Jake Welch; and her brother Donald "Donnie" Arthur Bogert Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael Welch; her daughter Stacey Nitsch (Matthew) of Hickory; her granddaughter Maggie Nitsch; her stepfather Glenard Randall; her sister Jamie Sigmon (Alex); her niece Rachel Hull (Dustin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kinley, Piper and Mazie; her nephew AJ Sigmon (Brittney); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Oliver, Claire, Farrah and Cassidy Davis; her nephews, Hunter Bogert and Dalton Bogert (Savannah); and her great-niece Hazel.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hickory Funeral Home Chapel (1031 11th Ave Blvd SE, Hickory, NC 28602). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
