He is survived by: his wife Martha Williams of Hickory, NC; his children, Vernia McKinney of Charlotte, NC, Shermanita Williams of Fayetteville, NC, Glenda Prysock of Michigan, Lisa Williams of Georgia and Russell Farley of California; and his siblings, Eva Jennings of Statesville, NC, Betty Crawford of Ohio and Curtis Williams of Sherrills Ford, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
