He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe Shaver, Sr. and Margaret Lucille Howell Shaver; and his sister Cheryl Annette Shaver. He is survived by: his children, Angela Shaver Fisher (Ashley) of Davidson, NC, David Lee Shaver of Charlotte, NC and Brian Scott Shaver (Chelsea) of Alvin, TX; his grandchildren, Daniel Lee Fisher of Davidson, NC, Wyatt Scott Shaver of Alvin, TX and Paislee Fay Shaver of Alvin, TX; and his sisters, Maria Elaine Shaver of League City, TX, Linda Jean Shaver of Wingate, NC and Sandra Blanche Shaver-Colvin (Landon) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by one niece and five nephews.
