She was predeceased by: her parents, Philo Isenhour and Vertie Lail Isenhour; her husband Edward Odell Hefner; her siblings, Marshall, James, John, Marvin, Guy, Ray, Pearl, Willie and Margy; and her granddaughter Dawn Gay Fulbright.
She is survived by: her children, Shelby Fulbright (Claude) and Donald Hefner (Sandra); her grandchildren, Brian Fulbright (Cathy), Kimberly Cloninger (Jerome) and Jeremy Hefner (Tracey); her great grandchildren, Walker Fulbright, Samuel Fulbright (Peyton), Beth Yost (Brent), Aimee Leger (Brooks), Jeremiah Cloninger (Autumn), Ella Cloninger, Ezekiel Cloninger, Jacob Hefner (Rebekah) and Maddy Hefner; and her great great grandchildren, Remi Lou Yost, Deliah Ray Yost, Wyatt Yost, Burke Leger, Boone Leger and Amelia Cloninger. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
