He is survived by: his father Richard Hoover (Martha) of Hickory; his siblings, Camille Prysock of Hickory and Bryan Hoover (Yolanda) of Conover; his siblings' children, Seqouria Izard of Hickory, Alashia Izard of Hickory, Gabrielle Hoover of Conover, Genesis Hoover of Conover, Quavius Izard of Hickory, Marcus Hoover of Hickory, Brayden Hoover of Conover and Peyton Hoover of Conover; his aunts and uncles, Mary Ann Pugh, Annie Rel Whitener, Sennie Mae Smith, Minnie Lee Cameron, Carol Lawrence (Berry), Rosemary Scott, Lynda Mervin (Clark), Loretta Hoover, Willie John Smith, Eugene Scott, Arthur Scott (Melinda), Mike Scott (Becky) and Eddie Hoover (Hurley); his close friend Adrienne Millsaps; and also, Amiriya and Imahni.
