It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Kay Holcombe of Hickory, North Carolina, who passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Marcus and Louise Vaught Marcus; her daughter Sandra Louise Woody; her granddaughter Danielle Kay Holcombe; and her sisters, Patsy Chester and Shirley Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Holcombe (Tonya) and Lisa Bollinger (Danny); her grandchildren, Amanda Wolf, Danny Powell, Madison Rodatz, Lily Holcombe, Benjamin Holcombe, Christopher Holcombe, Ben Bollinger, Stephanie Hefner and Elizabeth Hefner; her great grandchildren, Rollmello, Genisis, Raelynne, Damon, Laila, Easton, Aubrey and Amaya; and her brother Harold Marcus.
