He was predeceased by: his father Richard D. Greenway. He is survived by: his mother Helen Kearns Greenway; his wife Danita Phillips Greenway; his children, Brian Michael Greenway (Kaitlyn), Nate Townsend (Katrina), Emily M. Greenway, Abigail G. Greenway and Bria M. Allen (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Brendalyn Allen, Viola Allen, Kaiden Greenway and Murphy Greenway; and his siblings, Richard D. Greenway, Jr. (Sharon), Steven J. Greenway (Paula) and Suzanne Stingerie (Rod). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many other cherished family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Catawba Valley Baptist Church (3390 Shepherd Rd, Maiden, NC 28650).
