She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Cline and Naomi Austin Cline; her husband David Hines; her siblings, Eugene Cline (Freda), Leonard Cline (Ruth), Luther Cline (Margery), Bobby Cline (Ruby), Fred Cline, Larry Cline (Shirley), Connelly Cline, Lenabelle Simmons (Dewey), Violet Deal (Clay) and Willie Hood (Warren); and her brothers-in-law, Paul Hefner, George Hines and Gary "Punk" Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Adele Ritchie (Dannie), Anissa Viggers (Bill), Amanda Lail (Todd) and Matt Hines (Sandra); her grandchildren, Averi Ritchie, Lucas Hayes (Jessie), Weston Ritchie (Brandy), Bailey Lail, Carson Lail (Ally) and Holden Ritchie (Chloe); her great grandchildren, Ruby Toney, Henry Ritchie, Wrenley Lail, Ada Lail, Beau Lail, Hayden Ritchie and Walt Ritchie; her sister Patricia Hefner; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Cline, Sheila Miller, Beth Slover (Lou) and Judy Hines.
