She was predeceased by: her father Burette "Bill" Lackey; and her mother-in-law Ester B. Little. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Lamont Bumgarner; her children, Preston Lamont Bumgarner of Raleigh and Marissa Lachelle Bumgarner of Hickory; her mother Dorothy McCorkle Lackey of Newton; her siblings, Wayne McCorkle (Krista) of Hickory and Marlene Lackey (Dean Byrd) of Newton; her father-in-law Derrick Little; her sisters-in-law, Shelly Little and Jessica; her great-nephews, Aaron Lackey, Xavier Lackey, Morgan Brown, Jamir Walls and RJ Ford; her nieces, Brittany Lackey and Jevaeh Walls; her great-nephew Jamir Lackey; her great-nieces, Zion Lackey, Kasey Lackey and Olivia Brown; her goddaughters, Montasia McCullough and Amani Chloe; and her sisters, Dr. Nicole Whitehead, Dr. Shawn Clemons, Dr. Shannon Clemons and Mercedes Ikard. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, church members, and friends.
