He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Brady Holland and Martha Johns Holland-Hawn. He is survived by: his wife Lezley Peck Holland; his daughter Cassandra Michele Smith (Max) of Newton; his brother John Holland (Patti) of Newton; and his grandchildren, Kendra Michelle Smith, Max Smith, Jr. and Asher Lee Huffstetler.
