She is survived by: her son Khristopher Carter (Stacey); her grandchildren, Skylar, Lesley and Evan; her great grandchild McKinley of Florida; her son Toby Carter (Stephanie) of Tennessee; her grandson Kyle Carter; and her brothers, Charlie Dean (Betsy) of Virginia, William Dean (Bea) of North Carolina and Glenn Dean of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
