He was predeceased by: his brother Gregory Blanks. He is survived by: his daughter Brooke Blakely (Justin Hart); his grandson Nolan Hart; his stepfather William Blakely; his parent Elizabeth Blakely; and his uncles, Duck, David and Gene Dollarhide.
