He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann L. Mundy; his daughters, Claudia E. Mundy and Catherine G. Mundy; his son-in-law Obed Mulenda; his granddaughter Cloie R. Everett; his parents, Walter T. Mundy and Kaye E. Mundy; his sister Crystal L. Jones; and his brother-in-law Michael Jones. He is also survived by extended family, dear friends.
