We are sad to announce that, on January 17, 2024, at the age of 92, Claude Thomas Yates in Hickory, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lollie Smith Yates and John Clayton Yates; his wife Viola Dunigan Yates; and his daughter Debbie Yates McIntyre. He is survived by: his daughter Becky Rowe (Ben) of Hickory; his son-in-law Rick McIntyre of Kernersville; his grandchildren, Luke, Kim McIntyre, Chance, Ashley McIntyre, Justus, Abby Rowe, Matthew, Abbey Rowe, Ryan, Chelsea Rowe, Christopher and Alexia Nichols; and his great grandchildren, Raelyn Rowe, Hallie Rowe, Peter Rowe, Everett McIntyre, River Rowe, Edith McIntyre, Hudson Rowe and Lily Rowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
