He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Hodges and Eva Carlton Hodges. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn Williams Hodges; his daughters, Jeannette Nichols of Lenoir and Debbie King (Gary) of Gamewell; his stepdaughter Courtney Inman (Shawn) of Granite Falls; his sister Bernice Mast (Johnnie) of Bethlehem; and his grandchildren, Amber Dula, Megan Nichols, Matt Nichols, Ben Lankford, Maezie Lankford, Everly Inman and Amelia Inman. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Amorem Hospice of Hudson and/or Bethel Wesleyan Church of Hickory, NC.
