We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2022, at the age of 82, Cloyd Andrew Benfield of Hickory, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Cloyd Benfield; and his brother Jim Benfield. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Hefner Benfield; his children, Kristie Haynes (Scott) and Ryan Benfield (Amy); his grandchildren, Emma McGuire, Katilyn Benfield, Leigh-Ann Bagwell, Jacob Adams and Jamie Adams; his great grandchildren, Hunter Bagwell, Kolton Adams and Aiden Adams; and his siblings, Brenda Sherrill (John), Judy Gmitter (Roy) and Jerry Benfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Caring or Bethel Evangelical and Reformed Church.
