With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cloyd Hugh Propst Jr. (Hickory, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Cloyd departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Cloyd may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cloyd leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Hugh and Mickie Propst; and his sister Judy Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sipe Propst; his daughters, Ashley and Kimberly Propst (Corey); and his grandchildren, Gabriel and Talyn Propst. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (PO Box 22324, New York, NY 10087) or Sipe's Orchard Home (4431 County Home Road, Conover, NC 28613), honoring Todd's generous spirit and commitment to helping others.
