He is survived by: his daughter Dara Martinez (John) of Hickory; his siblings, Kevin Buck (Elaine) of Charlotte, Craig Smith (Julie) of Charlotte and Lori Smith of Charlotte; his former wife Rebecca Buck of Conover; his nephews, Kyle Buck of Charlotte, Andy Buck of Charlotte, Josh Smith of Chester, SC and Jeremy Smith of Charlotte; and his niece Lindsay Poss of Charlotte.
