He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bollinger and Joanda Bollinger; and his daughter Donna Buckner. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Trivette Bollinger; his children, David Bollinger, Jr. (Bonita) of Longview, Doug, Angel Bollinger of Vale, Mary Beth Honeycutt (Jim) of Bethlehem, Anita Sneller (Jim) of Hickory and Crystal Bollinger of Hickory; and his brother Jimmy Bollinger of Florida. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
