He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Margaret McCullough Pearce. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Kathy Gibson (Bill), David Pearce (Carol) and Daniel Pearce (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Katie, Maggie, Lindsay, Austin, Owen and Wyatt. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (547 6th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
