She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Wiggins and Minnie Belle Turner; and her brother Rex Wiggins. She is survived by: her brother Raymond Wiggins; her husband Clyde Propst; her daughter Ladonna Wiggins; and her brother Jackie Wiggins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
