It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Della Ellen Linebarger (Hickory, North Carolina), born in Charlotte, Arkansas, who passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gilbert and Della Livonia Gilbert; her husband Wilson Fred Linebarger; and her brothers, Walter Gilbert and Phillip Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Walker (Dan) of Vale, NC and Michael Linebarger of Lancaster, OH; her sisters, Lillian Williamson (Jim) of Bald Knob, AR and Carolyn Ussery of Tuckerman, AR; her grandchildren, Megan Primmer (Jared) and Jerry Hurt of North Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Trista, Connor and Makayla Primmer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society in Della's name.
