He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gail Fulbright Morgan; his daughter Jessica Sigmon (Michael); his sister Tamera Lowman (Michael Lowman, Sr.); his siblings-in-law, Tommy Fulbright (Cheryl), Johnny Fulbright and Diane Watts; and his cousin Tim Hollar (Donna). He is also survived by grandchild due in August; and numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
