She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Sain and Cordia Beard Sain; her husband Dewey Wayne Keller; her son Jeff Keller Sr.; and her brothers, Daniel Sain of James Richard and Louie Sain.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Keller Williams, Amy Smith and Robin Flynn; her stepson Charles Keller; her grandchildren, Danielle Pitsenbarger (Blaine), Deanna Carson (Kailyn Carson), Paul Hollar (Aliesha), Luke Bolick, Albrey Smith, Jonathan Long (Stephanie), Shannon Reed, Bailey Flynn and Jeffrey Keller II; her great grandchildren, Claire Pitsenbarger, Colby Carson, Ellie Carson, Sarah Long, Daniel Long, Hoyt Long, Weston Flynn and Nixon Flynn; her siblings, Jerry Sain (Bernice) and Linda Lambert (Wayne); and her sister-in-law Judy Sain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital or the American Heart Association.
