We are sad to announce that, on September 8, 2025, at the age of 91, Doris Mary Robinson of Hickory, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Doris find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David W. Chapman and Lois Townsend Chapman; her husband Paul Allen Robinson; and her siblings, Harold Chapman, Gene Chapman, Carroll Chapman and Margie Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Reese (Kevin) of Connelly Springs and Cindi Morrison (Mike) of Hickory; and her sister Jo Anne Zimmerman (Glenn) of Connelly Springs. She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
