She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Brooks and Pearl E. Holshouser; her husband Henry C. Hill of Jones County; her son Alan L. Hill, Sr.; her grandchildren, Rachael H. Perry and Eric Hill; her great grandchild Fawn Oxendine; and her siblings, James K. Brooks, Roy L. Brooks, Marie B. Simcox and Carlene M. Morton.
She is survived by: her children, Connie H. Pope (George) of Sebring, FL, John H. Hill (Toni) of Jacksonville, NC, Joan H. Ipock (Frank) of Hickory, NC and Dr. Sandra B. Hill of Wayne, NJ.; her grandchildren, Alan Jr., Barbara, Rebecca Hill, Andrew Hughes, Travis Hill (Sarah) and Jason Ipock (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Erica Trackey, Cortney Lee, Ethan, Benton Hughes, Tyler Hill, Reagan, Seth and Harper Ipock; her sisters, Shirley M. Harkey of China Grove, NC and Marlene Morris of China Grove, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Charles A. Hill, Jr., Linwood Hill, Linda H. Foster and Rose H. Squires.
