He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Younce and Joan S. Younce. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Duncan Younce; his sons, Frank Younce (Tamara) and Marc Younce (Teresa); his sisters, Ann Ratchford and Amy Moose; his grandchildren, Kaylie Raddatz (Stephan), Clowee Sigmon (Hunter), Darbey Roberts (Noah), Luke Younce (Kylie), Raven Ritchie, Jade Ritchie, Savannah Alexander (Kirk) and Cheyenne Grant (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Sofie Younce and Hayden Roberts. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the West Hickory Baptist Church (40 12th St NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
