She is survived by: her daughter Karen (Larry Shuford) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Katie Lehman (Jonathan) of Charlotte and Charlie Shuford of Hickory; and her great grandchildren, Austin and Cooper Lehman of Charlotte. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
