With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Anne Mills of Hickory, North Carolina, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William "Bill" Mills; her children, Jeffrey Mills (Rochelle) of Los Angeles, Kevin Mills (Franny) of Chevy Chase and Laura Mills-Chen (Jeff) of Ringoes; her grandchildren, Taylor Wells (Matt), Jamie Mills, Alison Mills, Robin Mills, Nicholas Chen, Alexis Chen and Ryan Chen; her brother Ben Parker (Trinny) of Richmond, Virginia.; and her parents, Ben Parker and Elizabeth Parker.
